Seeking A Common Sense Compromise

Several years ago, when the whole gay marriage debate was raging, I took a considerable amount of flack for my position on the topic. As a Republican, I came out of the party closet and stated that I really didn’t care if gay people were allowed to get married.

Conservatives, especially those who call themselves Christian Conservatives were screaming mad at me, and they continually hurled Bible passages at me and told me, in their holier-than-thou way that I was going straight to hell.

My response to the holier-than-thous…if you don’t think gay people should get married, don’t marry a gay person.

Problem solved.

The gnashing of teeth and the wadding of panties began immediately after the ruling by the Supreme Court last week, and it was as though liberals never saw it coming.

I always expect histrionics from the liberals, especially in the mainstream media when things don’t go their way, but the level of Trump Derangement Syndrome amongst the propaganda media is now at an all time high. They are terrified and there are reasons for that.

Their boy, the doddering old fool, Joe Biden is only slightly more popular than Chlamydia, and Chlamydia Harris is polling at 28 percent. That’s not good heading into an election, and the propagandists know it. They also know that if Biden was to run…make that shuffle on his record, he would have dropped out before the election cycle began, and people are seeing through his lies.

Author’s Note: Right Side Patriots stands strong in our support of President Trump in regards to this indictment, but with the left focused on trying to cover…or should we say cover-up all bases…we must play devil’s advocate at times to help expose the Democrats nefarious anything but truths.

By now we all know that on the afternoon of Thursday, June 8, 2022, the Biden DOJ (as in the still Obama controlled DOJ)…upon completion of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s six month investigation into last years August 8th FBI raid on President Donald J. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home…formally issued its“49-page indictment” against our former president. Now being referred to as a “criminal defendant,” Trump was immediately summoned to appear at the Federal Courthouse in Miami on Tuesday, June 13th at 3pm, in this, a precedent setting case, revolving around what on the surface appears to be but a case of simple document mishandling.

Thirty-seven charges in total have been now rendered against President Trump with 31 being “supposed”...as in yet to be proven…violations of the “Espionage Act,” with the remaining charges involving Trump’s “supposed” willful detention of national defense information; his “supposed” obstruction of justice; “supposed” conspiracy; “supposed” making false statements; and “supposed” concealment under Title 18 of the US Criminal Code, as in the illegal retention of classified, and in some cases Top Secret government documents. And when broken down into more specifics the charges include Trump’s being in violation of 18 USC 793, as in the gathering, transmitting or losing defense information; 18 USC 2071, the concealment, removal or mutilation of said documents; and 18 USC 1519, the destruction, alteration or falsification of records in a federal investigation.

Gaslighting America – Part 2

Gaslighting is the practice of manipulating an individual or group, by psychological means, into questioning their own sanity. Another commonly known term is, “projecting” which is the tactic of attributing one’s own unacceptable urges or behavior to another.

Projecting or gaslighting as described is the first line of defense for your average 3 year old who has just broken a vase by throwing a ball in the house, and it’s the last resort of a political party under the leadership of a daft old coot who knows that he and his party are about to lose an election because they’ve done everything wrong, and even their own once solid voting base is crumbling away.

Little Joey didn’t break the vase…little Donny did it.

The party of liberal Marxism is hemorrhaging voters over their liberal Marxist policies and their response, their solution to stop the bleeding is to pile on more liberal Marxist policies.

It’s a lose, lose scenario and apparently, the liberal Marxists aren’t tired of losing yet.

The party of liberal Marxism won’t be happy until everybody is equal…equally poor that is…and for the very lives of them, they can’t figure out why their voters are beyond mad. To be honest, a good many liberal Marxist voters aren’t too happy with themselves either, and are feeling the pangs of buyer’s remorse.

For decades, actually for better than half a century, democrat voters believed everything they were told by their party’s power elite. They believed that it was the democrat party that cared about them, that only the democrat party could help them, and that the democrat party and the democrat party alone was the party of the children.

It was all a lie, but they had been warned.

The Planned Liberal Collapse of Society

In the 1940’s, 1950’s, 1960’s, and 1970’s there existed in our public schools something which we do not see today. It was common place back in those days. Many schools had a special room, usually in a basement for the activity.

The practice even extended into the 1980’s in some places.

Gone the way of 45rpm singles, cassettes and 8 tracks. Gone like typewriters, and movie projectors in classrooms…gone like those old mimeograph machines that used to leave an aroma on test papers when they were freshly printed by the teacher.

There are no more wooden bats on the playgrounds, and what so many schools had back in the day, what so many high school students loved back in the day, is now a nearly forgotten relic of distant memories.

Sending the Me Too Movement to Davey Jones’ Locker

At last, our long national nightmare is over. On June 1st, 2022, the jury returned with a verdict in the case of Johnny Depp v. Amber Heard and Johnny Deep walked away the winner having been awarded what amounts to $13 million dollars in damages.

The trial lasted most of six weeks and featured the airing of more dirty laundry than a 3 day seminar on the effects of explosive diarrhea held in the party room of an all you can eat bean burrito buffet.

Before I get into the real nuts and bolts of this commentary, allow me to give you the most accurate descriptions I can provide of the two combatants in this case. Johnny Depp is perhaps THE most wildly creative, absurdly talented and quite possibly the ultimate chameleon in the history of cinema having produced out of thin air some of the most iconic characterizations ever seen on the big screen.

Roe v. Wade – The Bottom Line

The argument regarding whether or not Roe v. Wade should be overturned should not be made from a religious standpoint. Religion is a personal choice in this country, not a matter of law and if you want to keep the government out of your religion, you had best keep your religion out of government. With that said and while I’m on the topic of personal choice, let me address the oft heard liberal talking point of “my body, my choice.”

When it comes to abortion, while it is an elective procedure, ultimately, except in rare circumstances, it is the woman’s choice, and the baby’s body we’re talking about here. In the overwhelming vast majority of abortions, the woman is making a choice based solely on what she finds convenient for her. While babies can and are placed for adoption all the time, some women just don’t want to be inconvenienced for nine months and would rather kill the soon to be born child in order to maintain their lifestyle than carry the child to term.

By the way liberals, you shot yourselves in both feet regarding the “my body, my choice” thing with masks and the jabs.

The Great Pretenders

A couple of weeks ago, it came to light that a couple of men had been pretending to be federal DHS agents since February of 2020.

Arian Taherzadeh, 40, and Haider Ali, both 35 years old and neither sporting an Irish name are said by the FBI to have used their false associations with the U.S. government “to ingratiate themselves with members of federal law enforcement and the defense community.”

According to the FBI an agency that has been too busy over the past couple of years investigating soccer moms as domestic terrorists now say that the two pretended to be members of the Department of Homeland Security, provided U.S. Secret Service members and a DHS employee with rent-free apartments, “iPhones, surveillance systems, a drone, a flat screen television, a case for storing an assault rifle, a generator, and law enforcement paraphernalia along with carrying  concealed firearms, DHS Investigations (HSI) “casefiles” marked “confidential,” and presented witnesses with a badges and other credentials to prove they were supposedly federal agents.

The revelation that a couple of potential REAL terrorists, although not rising to the level of danger posed by parents at school board meetings had been well-funded and pretending to be federal agents sent mainstream media yahoos into a frenzy of disbelief which forces me to ask…WHY?

The “Victims” of Virtue-Signaling Liberals

I have always said that liberalism could not exist without “victims” and where liberals can’t find real victims, they have no problem manufacturing “victims.”

I stand by that today more than I ever have.

For decades, liberals pretended to care about black people in this country, but in reality, they never really did. The democrat party was, and is the party of slavery, the KKK, Jim Crow laws, segregation and any other manifestation of racism you care to mention. It has been the democrat party, now the liberal Marxists who only adopted and claimed to represent black and now people of color when they realized the voting bloc those people were. By pretending to be the only party that cared about them, they kept that voting bloc voting democrat for better than half a century, but in reality, nothing regarding those people ever really changed.
