Last Week’s News in Its Proper Perspective

Last week was a very interesting week, and one that I believe needs to be put in its proper, snarky perspective.

Ready or not…here we go…

Okay…Syria is all bent out of shape because, last week, President Trump officially recognized Israel’s sovereignty in the Golan Heights. Syria has, since 1967 accused Israel of occupying what belongs to Syria.

Ummmm…excuse me Syria…but perhaps you should have thought about the consequences of trying to invade Israel before you invaded Israel in 1967…and perhaps you should have considered the ramifications of getting your asses kicked in what has to have been one of the absolute shortest wars in the history of wars.

Sure…you figured…hey, new country, how ready could Israel possibly be to wage a war…right? Well, it took Israel just 6 days to whoop ya, and after doing so, Israel had every right to the Golan Heights…so get over it, and get over yourselves.

An Apology to John…A Legend in His Own Mind

It was only a matter of time before celebrities started weighing in on what happened in New Zealand., and it didn’t take long.

Last Monday, singer John Legend opened his pie-hole and told us that President Trump, “needs to apologize for demonizing Muslims.”

Legend had more to say…“He needs to apologize for demonizing brown people who have tried to come here and have a better life. He characterizes their desire to come here and work and feed their family as an invasion.”

On the off chance that you thought this was it…that his diatribe ended there…think again…

“When people of such influence and such stature are endorsing such a hateful, evil ideology, it emboldens those who will go out and do something really evil and nasty, like what happened in New Zealand. We need the president to speak out against it.”

A Resolution and a Truth Many Find Offensive…Part 2

Over the past couple of weeks, liberals have dug themselves quite a hole. Prevailing wisdom offers this bit of sage advice…when you find yourself at the bottom of a deep hole…

Stop digging.

Liberals, being liberals simply got themselves a bigger shovel.

I won’t get into the whole mess concerning that obtuse “resolution” passed in the House last week regarding hate speech while completely ignoring Ilhan Omar from whose islamist lips the statements came that started the whole thing because my RIGHT SIDE PATRIOTS partner Diane Sori has covered that extremely well in her latest op-ed, “A Resolution and a Truth Many Find Offensive…Part 1” which you can read by clicking here.

In other words…rather than dealing with the pile of dirt liberals left beside the hole that they’re digging, I am choosing to deal with the hole itself.

The Deal is Dead…Now, Arrest John Kerry

On Monday, Sarah Huckabee Sanders was asked by some short bus riding liberal member of the mainstream media about whether or not the Trump administration would be taking any advice from former Secretary of State John Kerry on the Iran nuclear deal.

Her response was epic…

“I don’t think that we would take advice from somebody who created what the president sees to be one of the worst deals ever made. I’m not sure why we would start listening to him now.”

Syria…A War In The Shadows

Misinformation is a key strategic component of any battle plan. George Washington knew this as being the nature of war in regards to the public and the press.

The war in Syria has for many years been classified by both the mainstream media and by politicians at large as the Syrian Civil War, but nothing could be further from the truth for the fact is that the civil war in Syria is a proxy war being waged by just about everybody except the Syrians themselves.

To fully understand this concept one must first know the players involved in what’s happening inside Syria and why they are so engaged.

And while we hear daily about the “rebels” who are trying to oust duly-electd Bashar al-Assad from power, know that for the most part those “rebels” are not all Syrians per se but are outsiders being driven and financed by entities outside of Syria.

Syria…Beyond the Red Line

War is a dirty game replete with casualties. Collateral damage…as in civilian deaths…is part of the nature of war, but when it’s children who die only then does the world mourn. And when those children are gassed and die gasping for breath only then does it seem that the world get a conscience and a will to fight back.

“The evil and the despicable attack left mothers and fathers, infants and children, thrashing in pain and gasping for air. These are not the actions of a man; they are crimes of a monster instead,” President Trump said upon hearing that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad had once again (allegedly) used chemical weapons against innocent civilians.

Trump’s Bold and Blistering Stand at the U.N.

One week ago, President Donald J. Trump delivered an epic speech at the U.N. General Assembly in which he blistered North Korea, Islamic terrorism and the rogue nation of Iran.

During that speech, quite possibly the best delivered by any American President since Ronald Reagan, President Trump also delivered a stinging and accurate rebuke of socialism.

In the process of delivering that speech just a week ago, President Trump stood with Israel, called out the United Nations as an organization and stood directly against the will and wishes of many of his own advisors.

While most of President Trump’s speech was anything but politically correct, and was more accurately politically direct, there was one subtlety that went unnoticed by many, drew light disappointment by some, but stood out later in the day…

Right Issues…Wrong Suspects

Donald Trump Jr. is, apparently, the very first person connected to a presidential campaign, in the history of historic things, to take a meeting with someone who is purported to have information of some interest on the opposition candidate.

Never mind that Ted Kennedy, while making his own run at the White House, took a meeting with the KGB in an effort to get the goods on Ronald Reagan.

It’s not the same thing, and you know it.

This was Donald Trump Jr. taking a meeting with a Russian attorney…Natalia Buyadamnvowelortwowhydon’tya…whom he was led to believe had some dirt on Hillary Clinton. See…completely different from Ted Kennedy meeting with the KGB to gather dirt on Reagan. Completely different…not even close to the same thing.

Obama’s Dry Hump 2017 World Tour

Lou Dobbs, in a recently published piece, has rightfully pointed out that Barack Hussein Obama…that would be private citizen Barack Hussein Obama, has been shadowing President Trump around the world…meeting with the same world leaders as President Trump.

Obviously, Obama is worried that his 8 long years of trying to make America as destitute as the rest of the world is in danger of being erased as Trump has set forth to Make America Great Again.

Built Upon a Lie

Albert Einstein once said, “I do not know with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones”…and how right he is but not for the reason you might think.

Both modern Jewish and Christian beliefs still hold to traditions from the Old Testament in regards to creation with both great faiths believing that Adam was created from the dust and dirt by the hand of God. Also, Jews believe the place where Abraham was to sacrifice Isaac to God the Father and where Christians believe that Jesus was crucified is holy and sacred ground. And built upon this holiest of grounds is also where the First and Second Temples of the Jews were built, and where certain denominations of Christians believe the that Third Temple will arise and be the site of Jesus’ Second Coming and where Jews believe the messiah will first appear.

But what do these varied beliefs have as a common point of reference…simply…the land itself upon which these events did occur and which might possibly see holy events again occur in the future. And that land itself is known as The Temple Mount…an area of only thirty-five acres in the southwest corner of Jerusalem’s ‘Old City’…yet it is the most contested piece of land on Earth. And that contested land sits under…yes under…the Al-Asqa mosque (Masjid Al-Aqsa)…which in Arabic simply means the ‘farthest mosque.’
