Yesterday was supposed to have been Bryan Pagliano day at the hearing with Judicial Watch and their attempt to get to the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth regarding Hillary Clinton’s criminal activity with respect to her use of a private email account and a private server secreted for years inside her Chappaqua home.

It didn’t happen.

Last Friday, just days before Pagliano was to have given his deposition, his attorney made it known that, in court yesterday, Pagliano was prepared to plead the 5^th and walk away.

Here’s the problem…

Pleading the 5^th is done so as to avoid self-incrimination and Bryan Pagliano has an immunity deal and if Pagliano is immune from being prosecuted, how then, can he incriminate himself?

Well, that’s exactly what Judge Emmet Sullivan would like to know and to that effect, Sullivan has ordered Pagliano and his attorney to produce that immunity deal at which point, the Judge will determine whether or not Pagliano can testify.

It’s better than a fair bet that he can and that he will, by Judge Sullivan, be ordered to do exactly that.

So now, the question is…

With an immunity deal in hand, one that would prevent him from being prosecuted for telling the truth in court, why is Pagliano so desperate to plead the 5^th? What has Pagliano got to hide?

Until he testifies, we won’t know for sure but, at least at this point, we can make an educated guess.

Since all of Hillary’s illegal activities, those surrounding her email fiasco, were done with the assistance of Bryan Pagliano…he set up her system, he placed it in her home, he maintained it and he also, because of her, became the IT specialist for the entire Department of State…Pagliano knows virtually everything there is to know about what was in those emails, how the whole system was covered up and it’s not at all out of the question that before he scrubbed her server…he made copies of everything that was there.

If Bryan Pagliano testifies…if he tells the whole truth which, under oath he would have to, or face perjury charges, nothing he did is available to use to send him up the river…as per his immunity deal…but just about anything he would say could and would be used to fit Hillary for an orange jump suit.

Here comes the educated guess…

Hillary has told Pagliano that if he either lies, or just keeps his mouth shut…that she and Bill will see to it that he is set for life. That if she can find a way to weasel out of all of the federal crimes she committed pertaining to her private email account and her private server…crimes that include willful misconduct, multiple violations of the Federal Records Keeping Act as well as multiple violations of the Espionage Act of 1917…she and Bill will make Pagliano a very wealthy man.

On the other hand…again an educated guess…should Pagliano take advantage of his immunity deal and spill the truthful beans regarding how Hillary directly ordered him to do a good portion of her law breaking for her…well…

She and Bill will bury him…figuratively in a mountain of legal lawsuits or literally…as in a Vince Foster sort of burial.

To fully understand the gravity of Pagliano’s soon to be court ordered testimony, one must understand the depths of Hillary’s criminal activities and one must also understand that her email activities have been and are bleeding over into other investigations as well.

For instance…

I would all but guarantee that some of her now deleted and scrubbed emails dealt with her pay for play donations for political favors regarding the Clinton Foundation.

I also guarantee that there are about a years-worth of emails, now amongst the missing, that dealt directly with Benghazi, the weapons running between Libyan and Syrian “rebels,” the set-up of Ambassador Chris Stevens that resulted in the collateral deaths of Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods along with the pathetic cover-up attempts.

Could Pagliano simply lie to get Hillary off the proverbial hook? He could, but that too would present more than one problem.

You see, Guccifer, the hacker, is in FBI custody thanks to an extradition deal and, it seems, Guccifer has been talking to investigators about how easily he was able to gain entry into Hillary’s unsecured, private server and how he was able to read her emails. Add to that, the fact that Russian intel community sources claim to have, in their possession, roughly 20,000 of Hillary’s now deleted emails.

Should Pagliano make up lies, it is not all out of the realm of possibility that his lies, told to protect Hillary, would be exposed rather quickly and that would make Pagliano guilty of perjury which may well not be protected by his immunity deal.

Put another way…

If Pagliano tells the truth…he’ll have to face the wrath of the Clinton machine which has ended more than just careers or…if he lies…he can kiss his immunity deal bye, bye.

There is, however, yet another scenario which must not be discounted and it could very well be tied to Pagliano’s immunity deal.

If that deal covers Pagliano for anything related to Hillary’s use of a private email account and a private server…and is restricted to that and only that…there could be another reason Pagliano wants to plead the 5^th.

Barack Hussein Obama.

One need not stretch one’s imagination to believe, without a doubt, that within those now missing emails are lines of communication directly between Obama and Hillary regarding Benghazi as well as other highly sensitive matters…email communications which would implicate Obama right along with Hillary and if Pagliano’s immunity covers his Hillary involvements, and not what is almost sure to be involvement with communications directly related to, or coming from Obama himself…it could be that Pagliano could potentially be prosecuted at the Obama end of the treasonous stick though not at the Hillary end of it.

Personally, I believe it is a combination of both scenarios. I believe that Pagliano is scared to testify against Hillary…knowing what she and Bill are capable of, and I believe he’s scared to testify because some of that testimony, regarding communications between Hillary and Obama might not be protected by his immunity deal if indeed Obama sanctioned some of the illegal activities himself.

If I were Judge Sullivan…I’d have a long and hard look at Pagliano’s immunity deal, and if it fails to provide immunity regardless of who gets caught up in the web of espionage and treason spun by Obama and Hillary…I would advise his attorney to go back to the FBI and get blanket immunity regarding any and all things Pagliano had a hand in or knew regarding Obama…Hillary…or who-the-hell-ever and get that guy into a courtroom to tell the whole 100% truth.

And then…put Pagliano into the witness protection program so deep that he will need a 100 foot ladder just to reach the bottom of the protection program hole.

It’s high time to get to the bottom of Hillary’s treason and espionage and end her hopes of extending the same from the oval office and if Obama can be taken down with the same rock…

So damn be it and good riddance to them both.
