Screw Business as Usual…A Fire and Brimstone Strategy

It’s going to be an ugly campaign. We all know it and we’re ready for it but it’s going to the ugliest and nastiest and dirtiest campaign in history.

Regardless of whom the GOP nominee turns out to be, why NOT take the early lead?

If the GOP Nominee takes this advice, it will send a clear message to the Republican establishment that conservatives aren’t going to do business as usual any more. It would shake the establishment and pull together conservative voters.

Even if the establishment candidate, Romney, becomes the nominee and adopts this measure, HE would pull together the conservative vote.

Here is a little something else this would do…It would shake the Obama campaign to its core.

As soon as the 1,144 delegates are in hand, WHOEVER garners them either at the convention or before…put this into motion.

Rather than a leisurely march toward a VP nominee or a surprise VP announcement like we got in 2008, vet the possible VPs NOW and stand ready to announce the running mate in a nationally televised press conference the day after the delegates are in hand.

Standing on the Right Principles More Important than Ever

Yesterday, I wrote the inauguration speech I believe we must hear and inserted Mitt Romney’s name into it. The reaction was pretty much exactly what I expected and, over the last several months, predicted.

I have been referred to as a Nazi, a turncoat and a piece of shit. I have been accused of abandoning my principles, becoming a RINO, buying into the media bullshit and goose stepping.

This is because I, back on October 21st, endorsed Newt Gingrich and have, since that time, promoted his candidacy.

Let me make this really, really clear. Newt Gingrich is my personal choice and who I personally believe would be the best choice in 2012.

I am also a realist.

Doing the math, the chance of Newt winning the nomination is nearly impossible. He is simply too far behind at this point in the delegate count, he’s out of money, he has reduced his staff and he has all but conceded saying he will stay in until the end to garner as many delegates as possible to have some sway in the convention agenda. This doesn’t mean I don’t WANT him to win…It just means I can’t see a clear path to that end through the math of it all.

So…By writing an inauguration address for Mitt Romney have I abandoned my principles? Am I a turncoat? A Nazi or any of the other things I have now been accused of?

Allow me to provide some insight into MY principles.

BREITBART…Foolish Little Liberals

@dysolution
Jordan Peterson It’s tragic when anyone dies at the young age of 43 and isn’t a deceitful loudmouthed asshole like Andrew Breitbart.

@ArsonAnni
Boots They say not to say anything ill of the dead, but to only mention the good. Andrew Breitbart is dead. Good.

@shamama
jack shamama Andrew Breitbart’s death proves you *can* die from asshole-ism.

@Mobute
Mobutu Sese Seko Breitbart should burn eternally on a spit above his roasting incendiary contempt for humanity. Burn over your devil’s fire, you fuck. Burn.

@jayfenster
Jay Fenster Going out on a limb and guessing Andrew Breitbart’s cause of death was anal prolapse. His asshole fell out, and there was nothing left.

@TheReallyRick
ReallyRick HOLY FUCK Andrew Breitbart is dead! Satan has called him home in time for the 2012 election. Notice RIP isn’t trending, tells you something.

These are just a small handful of the tweets sent by liberal scum in the first hours after the announcement of Andrew Breitbart’s death last week. The torrent of nasty foul language messages continued for days.

Breitbart would have been proud.

Andrew Breitbart used to retweet such messages to his legions of followers and wore the hate as a badge of honor.

I intentionally placed @TheReallyRick last for a specific reason. He’s SO happy because in his small mind, Satan called Breitbart home…IN TIME FOR THE 2012 ELECTION.

Is it Time for Santorum To Exit? Don’t be Too Hasty!!!

After the amazing comeback by Newt Gingrich in South Carolina, a stunning 25 point turn around in just 5 days, and his landslide victory in yesterday’s primary, we have a whole new race going forward.

Tomorrow night, again, there will be but 4 on the debate stage in Florida.

Many now seem to believe it’s really a 2 man race and, it’s hard to argue that point.

Hard doesn’t mean impossible.

Ron Paul’s followers will get nasty when they read this but that’s not exactly a change of direction for them. They insist that Paul will win, that he’s the only one who is qualified, he’s able to walk on water etc.

Reality speaks volumes to all but them.

Ron Paul will not receive the nomination. His obtuse views of foreign policy just won’t allow it.

Then there are those, including Ron Paul’s followers who believe it’s high time Rick Santorum bows out. Santorum’s oh so narrow victory in Iowa and his lack of financial support just isn’t enough to keep him in they say.

Pretty much everybody except Rick Santorum’s ardent supporters say it’s time for Rick to bow out.

Pretty much everybody.

Not me.

Others Could, Newt WOULD…Beat Obama

On October 20th 2011, in The National Patriot, I endorsed Newt Gingrich for President. It was early in the race and the debate stage was still over populated. Too many candidates, not enough time to hear real solutions to burning issues.

My endorsement was early and I have not regretted making it. Not for a minute.

Now, as we are down to 4 candidates on the stage, I continue to stand with Newt.

I know there are some who don’t like him and some who believe Newt is evil. So be it.

Of the 4 remaining GOP candidates, I believe, 3 of them could beat Obama.

While Ron Paul’s followers are die hard and in many cases, beyond over the top, I believe they have reached their zenith in numbers – and in truth, there just aren’t enough of them. They will continue to say Paul is the only one who can draw votes from independents and liberals disenchanted with Obama but, I just don’t see that being enough.

While Paul might be able to out debate Obama on fiscal concerns, frankly, this race is not going to be ONLY about fiscal concerns. It’s also about a failed Obama foreign policy. Paul’s stance on foreign policy would be every bit as failing and possibly more dangerous than Obama’s, and neither we nor our allies can risk that.

Eventually, a GOP nominee will be named.

Eventually it will come down to a one on one against Obama.

Without Ron Paul, I believe any of the other 3 could beat Obama.

Is COULD enough to bet on?

Top 10 Wildcards in the GOP Race

While the 5 remaining GOP candidates continue to jockey for position through the January primary calendar, one should not discount any number of possible wildcards yet to be played.

This Saturday, South Carolina votes and that race is getting tighter after last night’s debate. Depending on the South Carolina outcome, we may well just be watching the beginning of the real race to the nomination.

After Saturday, it’s easy to see Rick Perry dropping out. His financial backing has evaporated and his slow start with debates never allowed him to gain the sort of traction he enjoyed in the weeks before he actually entered the race.

This is not to say he will leave empty handed as he does have some die hard supporters.

Wildcard 1…Who will Perry endorse when he drops out?

It seems unlikely he’ll get behind Romney and impossible to believe he’ll throw his support to Ron Paul. That leaves Santorum and Gingrich – and let’s face it, Perry, Gingrich and Santorum have been splitting up the “Not Romney” vote for several weeks.

Will the REAL “Not Romney” Please Stand Up?

In last night’s debate in South Carolina, Newt Gingrich once again showed why he is the one-on-one leader amongst the GOP candidate field.

It was clear last night, when the stage lights went down that Newt won the evening but in a debate, there is something perhaps even more important to be said.

Newt won the crowd.

Will this boost Gingrich’s poll numbers less than a week before the South Carolina primary? It would be difficult to make a case against it. Will it be enough to win South Carolina? Probably not, but it could very well put him in second place.

Gingrich’s strong and maybe strongest point is his ability to shine on the debate stage. In fact, last night, in a campaign debate, Newt received the first standing ovation from the assembled crowd since Ronald Reagan in 1980.

The race for 2nd place in South Carolina is now between Gingrich and Rick Santorum. Although there are now 5 still in, the race for the nomination is in reality between Romney, Gingrich and Santorum.

Taking This Country Back…Only the Begining

Today is January 1st, 2012.

The beginning of a new year is here. A new calendar has been hung and resolutions made.

At The National Patriot, we are ready. Ready NOT to make resolutions but to remain resolute.

No longer can we say, “2012 is coming” because it is here. Now, we look toward November, which indeed is coming but we also know there is much to be done between now and that important month and an election which will begin to reverse the advances in socialism and the misguided ideology of liberals.

The White House is one thing – but, in your individual states, there are races which MUST be closely watched and supported.

It is not enough to just retake the White House, conservatives must also hold the House and regain the Senate.

They Want Us to Fight Each Other

Ok folks.  Shadow here.  I know it has been a while, but I have been busy taking a class (US History, and it is surprisingly free of liberal bias) and getting ready for Christmas with my family.  Yes you libs reading this, I said CHRISTMAS.  If that offends, so what.  Go read Politico.  If you are here to learn something, then read on.

Obama is losing his base.  In 2008, 66% of young voters gave the nod to Obama.  That is a pretty wide margin, and probably lead to Obama being elected, though his competition was pretty weak and people were sick of Bush…but the youth vote sure did help.  However, a news article from US News states those very same voters say he is likely to LOSE.  That is a serious blow to Obama, who has done nothing but lie his way through office when he wasn’t on vacation.
