With Biden’s dictatorial COVID vaccine mandates being issued, and threatening up to 100 million Americans along with countless businesses, what can be done to stop it?

That’s the question being pondered by nearly two dozen red states and their governors but experts say that any attempt to stop the mandates in court will most likely be unsuccessful. Juliet Sorensen, a professor at Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law and an expert on health and human rights laws says that Biden IS acting within his power because he’s using agencies like the Department of Labor and OSHA to enforce the mandates treating COVID as a workplace hazard.

Therefore, perhaps the answer to the question of how do we stop this isn’t found in a Constitutional argument. At least not outright anyway.

It may well be more effective to make the court challenges, and there are sure to be a good number of them, based on the arbitrary nature of the mandates themselves.

The basic mandate states that any business with more than 100 employees must either enforce the mandate for ALL employees, or fire those who will not comply. Big businesses, those with hundreds or perhaps thousands of employees will have few options but to do what they’re told, or pack up their businesses and move outside the U.S. to find cheaper labor and duck the mandates.

I’m sure some will take the latter step which hurts the national economy, but solves a problem for those businesses that’s bigger than COVID and that’s the rising taxation the Biden Marxists are imposing on businesses. Moving out of the country will also add to the unemployment situation in this country which is also hurtful to the economy as a whole, but better for the bottom line of those companies.

But what about smaller businesses? What of those businesses with let’s say between 100 and 200 employees? Those are businesses that simply can’t afford to pack up their businesses and make an international move, so do they just buckle under? Well, depending on how close they are to the magic number of 100, they could simply fire enough workers to fall below that number. If it is possible for them to do that, and were I the owner of such a business, I would start by firing anyone I employed that I knew voted for Biden, and if a few more had to go to get under 100 employees, I would simply fire a few who had already been vaccinated.

Allow me to get back to that arbitrary part of the mandate I mentioned before. Why 100 employees? That’s rather arbitrary. Is a business with 99 employees in less “danger” from COVID than a business with just one more on their payroll?

Think about that, and while you’re thinking, consider this – if the vaccine works, aren’t those who are vaccinated safe from those who aren’t? I mean, if this is a workplace safety issue which is exactly what the Biden Marxists are claiming, vaccinated workers, regardless of the size of the employee base should be safe. Right? The unvaccinated should pose no threat to the vaccinated. Right?

Wrong apparently.

We’re being told that more and more vaccinated people and getting COVID, but how can that possibly be if the vaccines work as advertised? We’re also being told that the vaccinated can still spread COVID even if they don’t actually contract the disease. That begs a couple of pointed questions that nobody seems to want to answer. Can the vaccinated pass COVID to other vaccinated people, and if they can, what good are the vaccines?

Adding to the arbitrary nature of Biden’s vaccine mandates is what we’re now being told is the need for booster jabs. Apparently, you now need a third shot of the same thing that didn’t work after the first two shots you took. Just a few weeks ago, you were considered to be “fully vaccinated” if you had taken the two shots, but now, it seems like you aren’t “fully vaccinated” until you’ve had three shots. Where does it end, or does it ever end?

Do three jabs protect you regardless of the never-ending  number of variants we stand to see down the road, or will this mandate simply continue to add jab, after jab, after jab from now until who knows when?

It’s arbitrary, because either nobody knows, or somebody does know and they just don’t want it out in the public but that’s not even close to the end of the arbitrary nature of the COVID mandate.

What about the better than 1 million illegal aliens that will pour over our southern border before this year is out? They aren’t vaccinated and yet the Biden Marxists are moving them as fast as they can and spreading them throughout our country. They don’t have ANY sort of passport, let alone a COVID vaccine passport and there is nothing, and I mean NOTHING being done by the Biden Marxists to stop them before they set one COVID infected foot on our soil.

Not only is Biden doing nothing whatsoever to stop the flow of illegal aliens over the border, they aren’t even part of the Biden Marxist COVID mandate conversation.

Then there is the group of COVID recovered Americans who, under the mandate, will have to be vaccinated even though they now have a stronger immunity to the disease than do those who have been vaccinated. It makes absolutely NO scientific sense to mandate that those who have had COVID and recovered from it get a never ending series of jabs to protect them from something they now have a natural immunity to.

What about those Americans, for a variety of medical reasons who would be put in danger should they take the jabs? And what of those who get the jabs and then die of complications FROM the jabs?

Oh well?

And finally, what about the 80-100 million unvaccinated Americans who simply believe that what gets injected into their bodies should be their choice rather than the government’s mandate? Business and employees aside, how can We the People fight back against this Marxist mandate?

Obviously, take a stand against it at the ballot box but other than that, and this may sound a bit drastic to many, and not many will have the courage to do it, but quit paying your taxes. Tell your employer that you want to change your withholding from your paycheck and have zero dollars withheld. At the end of the year, when you would normally do your taxes, send in your zero dollar payment with a note saying that you are a conscientious  objector to paying to have your rights violated by a Marxist regime and until the COVID mandates are erased, the government will not be co-funded by you.

Will the IRS come after you? Probably, but what if 80 million Americans suddenly did it? What if up to 100 million Americans took such a stand and said no? Could the IRS process that many legal actions all at once? Probably not.

It’s called “civil disobedience.”

Sure, the IRS could and probably would garnishee the wages of up to 100 million American workers but that just could result in a torch and pitchfork party that would make January 6^th look like a Sunday social. Obviously, most people are more afraid of the IRS than they are of COVID so it’s an option, but not a very likely option.

The point is that the mandates are very arbitrary, and in court, that may well be the key to fighting against them, and against Biden who is only acting as Obama’s puppet, but if you find yourself in a position where you either take the jab or get fired, force your employer to fire you and sign nothing on your way out the door.

There are more jobs out there than there are people willing to take them, so go get one of those at a smaller company and remember the situation when you vote in 2022 and again in 2024.

Tell the Biden Marxists to take their jab and stick it because if they get away with this, there’s nothing stopping them from getting away and anything.
