Stirring the Pot – A Dangerous Sign in Libya

And there it is. Proudly waving in a stiff breeze…There it is.

Hanging from the front of the building is a different flag but on the top of the building…There it IS.

First, the building itself.

That’s where it all started. It’s the site of the skirmish. This building is where Libyan rebels first had a direct challenge with Gaddafi loyalists and now it’s viewed as symbolic seat of power. That building, in the photo above, is the courthouse in Bengazi, Libya.

The large flag…The one hanging from the front of the building sort of folded over from the wind, THAT flag is the rebel flag.

Now then, the one on the TOP of the Bengazi courthouse. The flag that’s standing nearly straight out as a strong wind blows. Yes, that black flag. THAT flag represents quite a group.
