An Act of Terrorism at Berkeley

By Craig Andresen – Right Side Patriots on American Political Radio

Let us make no mistake about it…what transpired at the University of California, Berkley on Wednesday night, was not a protest, nor was it a riot.mi 1

The storming of a building on campus where Conservative speaker, Milo Yiannopoulos, was scheduled to make a presentation…and the arson, violence, destruction and physical attacks against Conservatives there, which included, but was not limited to punching, stomping and beating them with flag poles and other improvised weapons…

Was an orchestrated act of terrorism.

Don’t think so? Think that language is too strong? Well, read on…

Title 22 of the U.S. Codemi 2, Section 2656f (d) clearly defines terrorism as follows: “Premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by substantial groups or clandestine agents, usually intended to influence an audience.”

Was the situation at UC Berkeley politically motivated?

Most definitely, it was.

Was violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets?

Again, it clearly was.

Was that violence perpetrated by a substantial group?

No doubt about it.mi 3

Was what happened on that campus Wednesday night meant to influence an audience?

It most certainly was. So, what’s left?

Was it premeditated?

Those involved will most likely want you to believe that their actions were spur of the moment. That it was spontaneous. That it was somehow organic.

They would be lying…with bald faces…and I can prove it quite simply.

In nearly every video taken at that terrorist attack, those shot by students and those produced by different media outlets covering the terrorist attack showed one thing extremely clearly…during the attack…fireworks were launched at the building and thrown into portions of the crowd.

Fireworks.

There is the proof that that terrorist attack at UC Berkley was, indeed, premeditated and Here’s why…

Fireworks that leave the ground and/or explode are illegal in Alameda County California, the host county of UC Berkley. Only fireworks that are deemed “safe and sane” by the State Fire Marshall can be sold there and only for a few days leading up to the Independence Day holiday.

If what transpired on the campus of UC Berkley on Wednesday night was some sort of spontaneous or organic or spur of the moment event…where did those engaged in that terrorist attack manage, spontaneously, to acquire fireworks that are banned in Alameda County, and for that matter, throughout California?

Obviously, the act of terrorism at UC Berkeley was premeditated.

Here is another video taken at Wednesday night’s act of terrorism at UC Berkeley…

Now…look carefully at this video, noting that this was in Turkey were terrorists attacked the police in a very similar way…it is nearly impossible to see any difference.

And still another video from Berkeley Wednesday night…

Note to the terrorists of UC Berkeley…do not even attempt to use the 1st Amendment to defend your actions because while you do indeed have the right to “peaceably assemble,” when you commit arson, assault people and employ exploding projectiles…your assembly is anything BUT peaceable.

There should be an immediate federal investigation launched…the terrorists must be identified, charged as terrorists and held responsible to the fullest extent of the law.

We are a nation of laws, and those who fail to abide by the laws must be sent a stern and unmistakable message, that while they were protected by the Obama regime from having to face the music for their actions, and even encouraged to flaunt the rule of law to promote their political agenda which, for years, included similar acts of terrorism, such mi 4actions will no longer be tolerated.

Cut off all federal funding to UC Berkeley at once, which amounts to $370 million dollars per year, launch a full federal investigation, round up as many of those who took part in Wednesday night’s act of terrorism as possible, put them on trial in a military court and send them to GITMO upon conviction.

Liberals, anarchists and terrorists all…your eight year-long party of lawlessness is over.

You thought you could tempt fate? Well…enjoy justice.

  1. Excellent post. We appreciate the work you put into keeping us all informed. I like the way you break it down, and tell it like it (really) is.
I always look forward to your next work of art.

  2. Terrorism label completely appropriate. I doubt we will ever see any investigation that leads to arrests in this case, but maybe we’ll be more prepared the “next time”?
