In last Friday’s “Fume,” I went off on group of Rutgers University “professors” who are circulating a petition to disinvite Condi Rice from their graduation program this year.

In that segment of the “Friday Fume,” I placed her accomplishments in a nutshell and, it takes a BIG shell to hold them all.

I said it then and I’ll say it again…Condi Rice, based on her intelligence, her drive, her steadfast refusal to be held back by preconceptions of her race or her gender may well be THE most accomplished woman in the HISTORY of the United States and, arguably, she is more accomplished than PERSON, man OR woman, than any other in our history.

Here’s what I DIDN’T say in that piece last Friday because, it’s not funny…It’s a point so serious, it deserves separation from the snarky musings of the “Fume.”

I suspect, that should you boil it all down, the REAL reason those “professors” at Rutgers don’t want Rice to speak at this year’s commencement has nothing whatsoever to do with her support for the war in Iraq.

Nothing at all.

It does, however, in my opinion, have everything to do with the color of her politics.

Allow me to explain.

Over the weekend, Dr. Ben Carson spoke at CPAC and, while his tearing down of the walls of political correctness drew a standing ovation at the conference, it drew unveiled racial hatred from liberals.

After Carson’s speech, liberals and socialists crawled from beneath the woodwork like roaches when the lights go out to display their racist agenda.

Here is the liberal/socialist logic behind all of this…

If a liberal or socialist, being enlightened by virtue of their absurd agenda, calls a black man a “house nigger,” it is not racist in any way.

If they…Liberals and socialists label a black man as an “Uncle Tom” or a “TOKEN” or any of the other epithets they hurl via social media…THEY are NOT swayed, WHATSOEVER, by the color of their intended target’s skin.

However…

If anyone…ANYONE, regardless of skin color AGREES with Dr. Ben Carson, applauds his speech or says they stand with him…Those who are WHITE are RACISTS SCUM and those who are BLACK are, like Carson, “HOUSE NIGGERS” according to liberals.

Like Condi Rice, it’s not the color of Carson’s skin that has liberals all…”Twitchy…” It’s the color of his politics.

According to the liberal mindset, black or brown people, ANY people of “color” who adhere to conservative principles are to be repeatedly flogged via social media for NOT adhering to the demands of the liberal/socialist agenda.

Just ask Allen West, Tim Scott, Mia Love, Governors Suzanna Martinez or Bobby Jindal, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio or any number of other “minority” skin colored conservatives.

It was southern DEMOCRATS who fought FOR slavery. DEMOCRATS who instituted and desperately tried to hold onto JIM CROW laws. DEMOCRATS who championed SEGREGATION.

It was a DEMOCRAT who BLOCKED the Civil Rights Act and that SAME democrat, who upon signing it into law when he became the president said that by doing so, he would have “THOSE NIGGERS VOTING DEMOCRAT FOR THE NEXT 200 YEARS.”

Historically, REPUBLICANS have ALWAYS been the party of RACIAL INCLUSION and the ROPONENTS of CIVIL RIGHTS while liberals, to this day, have always been the proponents of racial division and THAT is exactly why they, the liberal/socialists, are so desperate to label CONSERVATIVES as the racists that LIBERALS, in fact, ARE.

By now, I suspect I have a good number of Conservatives applauding this article but, I’m about to shine the light of truth on some of those in our own tent so, grab onto something well anchored as the ground is fixing to shake a bit.

Ever hear of the Log Cabin Republicans?

Here’s the truth…There ARE gay Republicans and they are being virtually flogged by BOTH sides of the aisle.

Gay Republicans are, like Republicans of color, pariahs to liberals and socialists as they are “supposed” to adhere to their leftist puppet masters, coming out of the closet and into the voting booth to pull the lever for any and all liberal candidates.

When they DON’T mind their party’s masters, they are ostracized.

The holy-roller Conservatives continue to try and make gay issues one of THEIR top election priorities and, in doing so, actively employ an anti-everything-gay agenda thus  disinviting THEM from voting at all when they WOULD vote in our favor.

Is what one vocal faction of the Conservative wing doing regarding gay voters any different than what liberals are doing regarding minority voters?

No. No it is not and, we’re better than to stoop to their level.

If we, as Conservatives, want to start winning national elections, we MUST throw open the tent flaps of our party to ALL who want to take this country back, to those who accept and adhere to the vision of the Founders and Framers, to those who believe that our Constitution IS the law of the land and that GOVERNMENT is to be OF, BY and FOR the people…REGARDLESS of with whom they make their life partners.

Do your research.

You will find that truly gay people are, in fact, truly gay not by choice by nature. There IS, whether or not the HR (holy-roller) Department of the Conservative party wants to admit it or not, scientific proof that gay people are hard-wired that way.

This is not about setting aside anyone’s religious doctrine or any sort of in-your-face acceptance of a lifestyle with which you disagree.

THIS is about agreeing to disagree on those issues and leaving those issues outside the poling place.

If gay republicans hold the same political principles as we, as straight people do (THAT being a CHOICE) then why on earth should ANY of us make them feel so UNwelcome that they won’t vote for the reclamation of our nation?

It’s pure folly.

Would WE, as Conservatives, uninvited a Condi Rice to speak at a graduation ceremony, given all her impressive accomplishments if she were gay?

Would we, as Conservatives take to social media in a vile manner to slam a Dr. Ben Carson were HE gay?

As Conservatives, we take pride in having a big tent.

Isn’t our tent big enough to accept the assistance of any and ALL who hold the same POLITICAL views as we do?

Think about those questions carefully with regard to the overwhelming importance of upcoming elections and the fate of the republic.

If you decide to guard the tent against those different from yourselves based on your interpretation of religious doctrine…You may well not be as Conservative as you would have others believe you are.

Liberals, while preaching against intolerance, are some of THE most intolerant people on earth and that is THEIR choice.

For 99.9% of gay people, there is no choice in the matter.

There ARE conservatives within the gay community and they would be our allies in the fight to restore the Republic if we let them.

THAT…Is OUR choice to make.
