The Dictator and his regime just keep rolling merrily along, telling their subjects that all is well and Obamacare is the greatest thing since the invention of the banana republic.

They had to bribe members of their own party to pass it…They couldn’t allow anyone, of either party, to READ it before they passed it…The Vice Dictator called it a “BIG F***ING DEAL” and on and on and on.

The Dictator and his minions have often decried the attempts to repeal it.

42 times, they say, those opposed to socialism have tried to repeal the disaster and, every time they try, the Dictator scolds them and his useful idiots parrot the castigations.

It’s “THE LAW OF THE LAND” they keep telling US, the lowly ingrates who just can’t get it through our patriotically thick heads that the GOVERNMENT is far, FAR better suited to mandate TO us that which is better FOR us than WE might decide for ourselves.

“THE LAW OF THE LAND” has just been altered, again, by the Dictator.

No need for congress…

Even though “THE LAW OF THE LAND” is, in fact, a TAX bill that SHOULD HAVE but, didn’t…Originate in the house and, not to mention that it is a law…PASSED, BUT ONLY BY MEMBERS OF THE DICTATOR’S OWN PARTY, by CONGRESS and therefore, by the language of that pesky-to-the-Dictator…CONSTITUTION…It can only be amended BY congress…

Obamacare, the largest tax increase in American history, has now been amended…SOLELY BY THE DICTATOR…For the 27^th time.

Now, the employer mandate has been altered, amended, changed, yet again, at the whim of one, to delay said mandate yet another year to get the impending catastrophic effects OF it on the OTHER side of both the 2014 AND 2016 elections because, the Dictator himself KNOWS the havoc it will unleash WILL remove his socialist party from the seat of power in the senate in 2014 and from the palace in 2016.

But this time, there are caveats to the Dictator’s decree.

His highness will give employers with 50 to 99 employees until 2016 to bow down and accept socialism before he has them fined and…

Employers with 100 or more full time employees (now, by the Dictator’s whim to mean those working 30 hours per week) will be required to provide health insurance to 70% of them in the coming year and 95% of them in the following year but…ONLY if they promise NOT to engage in OBAMACARE RELATED LAYOFFS or DOWN SIZING during that time and, ONLY if they also bow down to the politically motivated tweaking of the “LAW OF THE LAND” by NOT doing away with their employer provided health coverage DUE TO THE IMPENDING OBAMACARE MANDATES.

In other words…The Dictator will only be benevolent to a point.

IF employers are willing to ignore the impending layoffs and cutbacks, ignore the impending cancellations of their employer provided health care insurance until AFTER the next 2 elections in a transparent effort to fool the voters into thinking the socialists are protecting the groveling-for-government-mandated-nannycare-for-ninnies-who-haven’t-the ability-to-make-their-OWN-decisions…

The Dictator won’t tax them into oblivion, just yet.

The latest subversion of the Constitutional separation of powers does nothing at all to take into account those employers who have already MADE Obamacare adjustments to their workforce, their plans for future expansion or for those who have already been forced OUT of business BY Obamacare regulations of which the stack now reaches more than 7 feet in altitude and comprises more than 20,000 mind-numbing rules regarding the “BIG F***ING DEAL…LAW OF THE LAND.”

How on earth are businesses, large or small, supposed to keep up with this unfolding and collapsing mess?

Between the hidden and debilitating regulations and the buried bribe induced, unread portions of the law itself…Amid the 20 some odd thousand regulations comprised of some 11,500,500 words contained in 10,516 pages and the 2,700 page bill itself…How is ANYBODY supposed to know what IS and IS NOT, upon the sole discretion of the Dictator, being or NOT being enforced???

Nor does this latest delay of the inevitable collapse of 1/6 of the American economy do one damned thing to offer even a morsel of relief to the individuals FROM whom the health insurance they liked and wanted to keep was snatched away thus forcing them into, in most cases, more EXPENSIVE insurance along with the loss of the doctors they would have also preferred to have kept.

So far, some 6.3 million POLICIES have already been cancelled BECAUSE of the Dictator’s socialist mandate which, when one considers that the average family in the “fundamentally transforming” America counts 3 people, equals some 18-19 million PEOPLE who have been dropped by Obamacare.

So far, only 3.2 million new POLICIES have been signed up for under Obamacare and of those, only about 20% have been paid for. Using the same 3 per figures…That equates to HALF the number of PEOPLE are signing UP than have been KICKED and TICKED off.

SO FAR, less than 24% of those who ARE signing up for socialism are those in the young and healthy demographic NECESSARY to sustain this crap.

AND, SO FAR…Of the some 40 million we were told were UNINSURED, necessitating the need FOR Obamacare in the FIRST PLACE…Only a PALTRY 11% have beaten a path to the Dictator’s mandated door.

Given the fact that Conservatives have been 100% correct all along regarding this festering pile of Marxist manure, why would anybody have voted FOR another term OF it in 2012?

Perhaps we should ask actress Ellen Barkin(mad) for the communist reasoning behind it.

According to her September 27^th,  2012 tweet, “Yes I vote Pres Obama…to protect his ppl, ALL his ppl. The poor, the middle class, the jobless…the 1’s that need our help..I vote 4 humanity, (sic)”

Given the fact that the poor are getting poorer, the middle class are getting screwed and “official” jobless numbers are only going down because more and more OF the jobless have simply quit looking FOR jobs…It appears that the Dictator’s signature decree is doing everything BUT helping the “1’s that need” help and “HIS people” (according to the silver screen commie) can’t AFFORD nor do they WANT it.

IF the “BIG F***ING DEAL…LAW OF THE LAND” were actually working, THERE WOULD BE NO NEED for the Dictator to whim away or amend  bits and pieces OF it, by his own decree.

Not once, or twice…

Not 3 times…

4 times…

6 times.

10 or…

11 times.

Not for a 12^th time…

Or a 13^th…

14^th…

15^th…

16^th or…

17^th time for that matter.

Certainly not for the 18^th…

The 22^nd…

24^th time.

Not for the 25^th time…

Not for the 26^th time and…

NOT FOR THE 27^th TIME EITHER.

Every time “THE LAW OF THE LAND” endangers an upcoming election…The imperial ruler throws a tantrum…Issues another delay and…SUBVERTS CONGRESS IN THE PROCESS.

Each and every delay only proves that Ted Cruz was right.

One has to wonder whether a Dictator with a droopy diaper constitutes a pre-existing condition.

And, to be clear…The Dictator IS leaving open the distinct and inevitable politically motivated amending and subverting of the Constitutional separation of powers yet to come and each time he does so, in the weeks and months ahead, he and his parroting puppets, hell bent on socialism and imperial rule, will take to microphones to tell us that the Dictator’s Obamacrap doesn’t stink WHILE “ALL HIS PEOPLE” know full well, they’re downwind of the socialism cesspool and congress, like potted plants, just sit there getting fertilized.
