Oh the hypocrisy.
Media Matters has been pushing “gun control” for some time now and, as the Daily Caller discovered, its founder, David Brock has an ARMED BODY GUARD!!!
Some staffer, a former Brock aide, Haydn Price-Morris, used to carry a Glock and, at times, a shotgun, to protect Brock but, the problem begins because the hyphenated bodyguard never had a conceal/carry permit.
I say BEGINS because…the hyphenated thug carried in Washington DC and in California where, as it turns out, he committed several FELONIES by possessing the weapon.
DOH!!!
Now then, David Brock…FAR be it for me to cast aspersions regarding one’s mental health but this guy, Brock, has for YEARS struggled with mental health issues and has for YEARS claimed that he has been targeted by right wing assassins.
Brock, it seems, is one loud noise away from hiding under Randy Quaid’s couch cushions in Canada.
Quaid, as you may remember, is ducking criminal charges in the U.S. by trying to live in Canada because, he says, Hollywood Star-Whackers are trying to kill HIM.
But I digress…
At one point, Brock, The Hyphen and Glock all attended the “Democracy Alliance” summit in California where, also in attendance, were the likes of George Soros, the Secretary-Treasurer of the thug-heavy SEIU and one Diane Feinstein who herself, used to have a conceal/carry permit and authored the 1994 Assault Weapon’s ban AND the NEW gun bill which would ban more than 150 weapons.
Brock’s armed bodyguard was breaking laws and committing felonies in California by packing heat there just as he did several times in DC.
Apparently, where Media Matters…The LAW doesn’t.
Then there’s the ongoing debacle regarding the Journal News and their now UNpublished gun maps.
One of the counties the Journal News targeted for their gun owners map was Rockland County.
The interactive map, published by the “gun control” happy Journal News, showed 16,998 gun owners and provided all their addresses to any and all who might have wanted to see them…Including bad people with worse intentions.
NOW…it has been discovered that OF the 16,998 names and addresses…
ONLY 3907 WERE ACCURATE!!!
The rest were deemed to be “historic” and some even dated back to the 1930’s.
DOH!!!!
Apparently, in their zeal to make an example of law abiding citizens in the way examples are made of sex offenders, The Journal News never bothered to VERIFY the addresses.
Imagine, an outlet for journalism actually verifying their information…Why…It’s as passé as Louis Michael Seidman, a Georgetown Constitutional Law Professor seems to believe the Constitution is.
Seidman claims, “Our obsession with the Constitution has saddled us with a dysfunctional political system, kept us from debating the merits of divisive issues and inflamed our public discourse,” but does so without giving any thought to the fact that the 1st Amendment, which protects the Journal News also protects HIS ability to make such inane statements.
And then, there is Bloomberg.
The not-so-stable Mayor of New York was caught, out on the streets of his insomniac city, by reporter Jason Mattera who had a simple question for the Mayor.
Will you disarm your security?
It seems a fair question in as much as Bloomberg wants to disarm ALL law abiding citizens of New York City just as the Governor of the state wants all law abiding RESIDENTS OF THE ENTIRE STATE disarmed.
It seems Bloomberg is one of those who believe that if only the BAD guys have guns…Everybody else is much, MUCH safer.
Watch as Mattera confronts Bloomberg.
Now, unless I misjudge the size of the situation between Mattera and Bloomberg…That is a 32 ounce soda Mattera is carrying while Bloomberg’s human shield no doubt carries something even more deadly than that.
And how can we leave the Grand Marshall, Eric Holder out of the Hypocrite’s Parade?
At the same event where Mattera challenged Bloomberg with a Coke and a Smile, Eric Holder spoke at the Conference of Mayors and said:
“This unspeakable tragedy but also the individual tragedies that take place on your streets and all too often unnoticed stand as stark reminders of our shared responsibility to address not just the epidemic of gun related crimes and the ongoing need for vigorous enforcement of our laws but also the underlying conditions that give rise to gun violence. Throughout our history, the overwhelming majority of American gun owners have been responsible, law abiding citizens, yet we have repeatedly seen in the most tragic ways how easy it can be for dangerous people to acquire and to wreak havoc with deadly weapons. Although there is no single solution that can bring a decisive end to this senseless violence, it’s incumbent upon each of us to try and it’s time to consider what common sense steps we can take together to save lives. This means doing everything that we can to secure the tools and resources we need to keep guns out of the hands who are not and should not be allowed to possess them.”

I checked with the nation’s most revered Native American, Elizabeth Warren and, as it turns out, Holder’s Indian name is…
“Speaking Bullcrap.”
Holder, the contemptuous armer of Mexican drug cartels says “We have seen in the most tragic ways how easy it can be for dangerous people to aquire and to wreak havoc with deadly weapons.”
Well, he should know.
He also champions the “ongoing need for vigorous enforcement of our law,” but, under his hypocritical watch, prosecutions of gun crimes are DOWN by 40% since the Dictator took office.
Heck…Holder even took part in the armed takeover of the ROTC building when he was in college in 1973.
And that leaves us with the 23 Imperial Orders against law abiding 2nd Amendment signing Dictator.
We have pictures of Comrade Obama bowling like he was in the Special Olympics…Pictures of him playing basketball…Pictures of him riding his bike wearing what looks like a U.N. helmet.
There are more pictures of the Dictator playing golf than there are of Phil “I didn’t like my high taxes before I liked my high taxes” Mickelson.
We have pictures of Obama throwing a baseball like a 6 year old girl.
Where exactly are the pictures of the Lyin’ King shooting skeet???
He SAYS he shoots skeet when he’s at Camp David. Where are the pictures???
Probably buried in a file because of national security.
If images like that were to get out, images of Obama shooting clay pigeons, they would surely inflame claymation terrorists and, as we all know, we have rendered the followers of Mr. Bill to the ash heap of history.

Why would the Dictator say he shoots skeet?
Because someone else, known for early discharge, Bill Clinton, said “Do not patronize the passionate supporters of your opponents by looking down your nose at them.”
He didn’t say, “don’t PANDER to them.”
And before somebody out there demands of me, proof that Clinton discharged a gun like Barney Fife…

Don’t forget that DHS wants to buy 15,000 AR-15s for personal defense. While the dictator wants to ban them for the law abiding gun owners to use for the same thing.
