Friends and Patriots…It’s been a very tough week.

The events which have dominated the news have been sad and our prayers continue to be sent to those so tragically effected by last Friday’s horrible events in Newtown Connecticut.

May God be with them all.

I do believe that we all need a smile or two about now.

To that end, and in the days leading up to Christmas and a long weekend for many…We WILL press on.

I want to point out a few things to SOCIALISTS and ATHEISTS.

It’s…CHRISTMAS you morons.

It is not…HOLIDAY.

Nobody celebrates…HOLIDAY.

There IS no holiday called…”HOLIDAY!!!!”

Therefore…there is no such thing as a HOLIDAY TREE!!!! YOU GOT THAT?????

Let’s get something straight here…THERE ARE 4 “SEASONS.”

NOBODY WISHES ANYBODY “SEASON’S GREETINGS” IN THE SPRING…SUMMER OR AUTUMN…DO THEY???

So WHY THEN should ANYONE WISH SOMEONE…”SEASON’S GREETINGS”  AT…CHRISTMAS TIME?????

Last Saturday evening, my wife, Susan, and I attended a CHRISTMAS party. We had our picture taken in front of the CHRISTMAS tree. There was CHRISTMAS music playing. CHRISTMAS gifts were given and gratefully received.

SOMEBODY ACTUALLY WISHED ME…

MERRY HOLIDAYS!!!!!

Naturally…I responded…

HAPPY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!

When I wish my friends a MERRY CHRISTMAS I mean absolutely no disrespect to whatever THEY celebrate and THEY know it.

My JEWISH friends have a GREAT religious celebration of HANUKKAH or…CHANUKAH…however they choose to spell it and I can’t even BEGIN to tell you how many times over the last week or so I’ve been wished a HAPPY HANUKKAH/CHANUKAH!!!

Am I upset? Am I feeling left out?

AM I FEELING DISRESPECTED???

Nope.

In fact…I FEEL INCLUDED…HONORED…WARM AND FUZZY WHEN SOMEONE WISHING ME A HAPPY HANUKKAH/CHANUKAH!!!!!

I had a friend, Rabbi Michael Wiseman and, back in the day…At this time of the year…If I wished Rabbi Michael a MERRY CHRISTMAS he would wish ME…HAPPY CHANUKAH.

He was a CHANUKAH guy rather than a HANUKKAH sort of fellow.

If I wished HIM a happy HANUKKAH (as a GENTILE…I trend toward HANUKKAH) Rabbi Michael would wish ME a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!

NEITHER OF US EVER WISHED THE OTHER A…”HAPPY HOLIDAY” BECAUSE WE KNEW BETTER!!!!!

A couple of weeks ago, when we rolled out Operation Patriot CHRISTMAS one of the FIRST people to get on the train was my friend Dr. Gary Katz…Who is JEWISH and LIVES IN ISRAEL!!!!

DOC GETS IT!!!!!

When CHRISTIANS put a MANGER scene in a park…IT’S NOT…ANTI…ANYTHING!!!!!

So why then, do ATHEISTS insist in placing ANTI…RELIGION CRAP NEXT TO IT???

I BELIEVE IN CELEBRATING THE BIRTH OF CHRIST!!

I BELIEVE MY FRIENDS OF OTHER FAITHS HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO THEIR BELIEFS!!!

I BELIEVE THAT NEXT YEAR…WE SHOULD ALL SEND CHRISTMAS CARDS TO THE FREEDOM FROM RELIGION FOUNDATION!!!!!

AND I BELIEVE THIS VIDEO I PUT TOGETHER EMPLOYING THE KLEZMONAUTS “OY TO THE WORLD” IS THE GREATEST COMBINATION OF HANUKKAH/CHANUKAH AND CHRISTMAS EVER RECORDED!!!!!!!
