Hours ago, we became aware of a letter sent from Obama attorney Michael Jablonski to the Georgia Secretary of State. In that letter, Jablonski made it clear than neither he, nor his client, Obama, would appear in a Georgia court tomorrow morning.
The case regarding Obama’s eligibility and his inclusion on the Georgia 2012 presidential ballot is ON.
This evening, the Georgia Secretary of State, the Hon. Brian P Kemp issues the following letter in response to Jablonski!!!
This means it’s game ON for tomorrow morning at 9am EST in Georgia.

Why do I get this feeling that some how, some way, that these judges and lawyers will be “paid” to keep quite? After all, how many people know about this hearing tomorrow…..too many people will have to sacrifice their well-being. However, I would like to see justice for the American people ~ Pray For Our Nation.

Georgia, is your state part of the United States or is it floating off the Atlantic somewhere? Is your state surrounded by tall walls that you can’t see the rest of this nation? Or is it that you all need to change your diets? Have you been anywhere outside of your state or across the pond? The nation and the world are laughing at you and is of the understanding that Georgia is hopelessly striving for attention and some type of identity besides peaches and peanuts and continues to do so. Get off your lawn chairs and take a cruise to the USA….you’re in another part of the world.

I love the last line, obama has definately OVERPAID his Lawyer(s) and at obama’s own Peril. It would seem that the outcome is already predetermined, for those of us who have read the evidence that WILL no doubt be read into the docket in just a few hours from now. I look forward to the Hearing itself and to Secretary of State Kemp’s determination.
It sounds as if obama SHOULD have shown up at the hearing and it also sounds like and appeal will NOT be granted, because they were not there to have any objections noted.

This has nothing to do with birthers. This has to do with the natural born citizen clause, which, based on prior court rulings shows that Obama is ineligible to serve as President of the U.S., since his father was a citizen of Kenya. No one disputes this. Even you admit this.
Further, if you think you’re clever and you’re attempting to conflate this court proceeding with the authenticity of Obama Long Form birthcertificate, than you’ve failed.
See, Gary Miller, The Founders could not imagine someone who is of a divided mind and with two different loyalties serving the country they’d swear an oath to defende. And Obama is showing The Founders to be right on the mark.

I live in South Africa and it is the 26th already. Come on USA, move the clock forward. I want to see what obama is going to do (or not do). I hope he gets trashed, but will the MSM report this?
I support the US troops as I am an ex soldier as well. I do not support the Commander in chief (who is a thief!!!)

What makes Mr Obama think that he is so far above the Law? That he can dictate what he will and will not abide by. He has spent millions of tax payer’s dollars to keep his past hid from the very people that elected him to the highest office in the land. He has made a mockery of an Oath to Support and Defend the Constitution of the United States. That he swore to abide by. He has failed on promise after promise, Squandered away trillions of tax payers dollars on failed ventures. By passed congress, Added zars to positions to positions that should have been elected positions. Given people the right to intimedate voters, Been involved in numerous back door deals and illegal activities. And why should’nt he stand before a judge and prove that his eligibility to be President of the United States. If you are the Proud American that you claim to be, Mr Obama. Stand up like a proud American. And Prove to the people of this great country that you are who you say you are. You Can Never Be Someone That you’re Not Meant To Be. As God knows, You know. The truth will be known.

Barack Mohammed Sharia Rogue Hussein. This man got in on his oratory skills alone. Duped a very dumbed down America with the same. Continues to ride on his oratory skills, only sounds authoratative, knowledgeable, like a leader. But totally incompetent as leader of a world power. Then we have the question of allegiance. A Hussein with sole allegiance to America? I have some infrastructure for sale in NYC if you are buying that.
