Occupy Wall Street’s Disgusting “Movement”

The “Occupy Wall Street” protesters have been getting quite a bit of press and support from liberal media lately. We at The National Patriot thought you should see a couple of photos and read just some of the words of support being offered to these protesters. Many have seen the image of the protester relieving himself on a police car but, I suspect, not many have seen THIS. Not yet anyway.

What we have at left is a  protester having a “movement” on a burning United States flag while those around him cheer and laugh.  This photo was made in Portland OR 4 years ago but given what we’ve seen from the “Occupy” protesters, this is not out of context and adds consistency to the liberal/socialist mindset.

Do this disgusting individual’s action represent the specific action of every “Occupy” protester? No, but it does, I believe, represent the mob mentality of the vast majority of them which makes me question why those who support them do so.

Do these protesters have the right to free expression? Yes, and WE have the right to respond to it!

Below are just some of the quotes of those who support such protesters and their movement.

“God bless them for their spontaneity. It’s independent … it’s young, it’s spontaneous, and it’s focused. And it’s going to be effective. The message of the protesters is a message for the establishment everyplace,” – Nancy Pelosi

“I think it expresses the frustrations the American people feel, that we had the biggest financial crisis since the Great Depression, huge collateral damage all throughout the country … and yet you’re still seeing some of the same folks who acted irresponsibly trying to fight efforts to crack down on the abusive practices that got us into this in the first place.” – Obama

“We think that this accomplishes two of our main goals. First, it provides a mechanism for these millionaires to finally pay their fair share and second, it gives them the opportunity to live on the street amongst those individuals in our society who are suffering as a direct result of their financial misdeeds. We see this as fiscally prudent. And, it provides an element of poetic justice.” – Harry Reid on making millionaires join the occupy protesters.

“These (demonstrators) are regular people trying to feed their families, trying to pay their rent and mortgages, trying to survive.” – Al Sharpton

“Now our kids can see activists take these issues to the streets in a democratic forum at Occupy Wall Street.” – Occupy Wall Street Website

“The core is the American people do not think the system is fair or on the level….. That is the core of what you’re seeing on Wall Street. And that’s what started, by the way — there’s a lot in common with the Tea Party.” – Joe Biden

“It is a fact of the information age that too many movements spring up like beautiful flowers but quickly die off.” – Naomi Klein

“It warms my heart to see all of you here…our power is derived from the people.” – Michael Moore

We, the Ben & Jerry’s Board of Directors, compelled by our personal convictions and our Company’s mission and values, wish to express our deepest admiration to all of you who have initiated the non-violent Occupy Wall Street Movement and to those around the country who have joined in solidarity. The issues raised are of fundamental importance to all of us.” – Ben and Jerry’s Board of Directors

“Send a message straight to Eric Cantor, Speaker Boehner, and the rest of reckless Republican leadership in Congress. Sign our petition right now and help us reach 100,000 strong standing with Occupy Wall Street protestors across the country.” – Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee

“All of us should join that movement.” – CA Congresswoman Barbara Lee

“I’m so proud to see the ‘Occupy Wall Street’ movement standing up to this rampant corporate greed and peacefully participating in our democracy.” – NY Congresswoman Louise Slaughter

“I applaud those protesters who are out there, who are focusing attention on Wall Street, but what we’ve got to do is put meat on that bone.” – Bernie Sanders

“We have been inspired by the growing grassroots movements on Wall Street and across the country.”  – Keith Ellison

“Democrats — or at least those still with souls — need to take a stand and support Occupy Wall Street.”  – Cliff Weathers, OpEdNews

“I first would allow the guilty bankers to pay back anything over $100 million in personal wealth, because I believe in a maximum wage of $100 million. And if they are unable to live on that amount, then they should go to the re-education camps. And if that doesn’t help, then be beheaded.”  – Rosanne Barr on Russian TV

At this point, I am certain that YOUR words will be more poignant than my own and therefore, I encourage you to please leave YOUR comments in the box below this post.

In the coming days, I will be forwarding this post along with YOUR comments, to several key conservatives in Congress. The National Patriot will ask that THEY share the respectful replies from the Tea Party faithful with their counterparts.

Please leave a comment below and share the link to this article far and wide. The liberals are having a “movement” and Patriots will have the last word!

  1. I pretty much agree with David. The Occupy Wall Street protesters simply do not understand how the economy works…or maybe they do, and they are trying to mooch from it. I am always dumbfounded that we have so many stupid people in our country that did not understand politics in general, capitalism, nor our constitution (and yet some of them identify themselves as students.) I sometimes wonder if we live in the same country.

They have demands for money, but don’t work. I agree, send them to Greece where they can use their entitlement talents to the fullest. They appear too dumb to know they should be protesting (our country’s failed economy) at the WH not on WS.

  2. I believe in the rights and freedom to protest, but I believe it should be done with dignity and in an orderly fashion. The Tea Party has taken a lot of CRITICISM from the Left as far up as our Elected Officials, Vice President and President! Their ENDORSEMENT of this OUT OF CONTROL and ANIMALISTIC Protest speaks VOLUMES of WHAT is running this Country!!!

  3. Craig CLEARLY stated the picture was from 4 years ago. Does anybody actually take the time to read? Or is comprehension the problem?

Now that I got that off my chest, I would like to make a comment.

Socialism has never been successful in any country, in fact, it usually leads to far worse – Communism. People better be careful of what they wish for. They may just get that equality they so so desire. The equality of everybody being FORCED to work at jobs they don’t like. The equality of everybody to NOT have the right to quit that job they so dislike. The equality of everybody to have NO say so in how much money they make or where they live or what they eat. Yeah, people better be careful of what they wish for, they might just get it.

  4. Creative license: the liberty artists take when interpreting another artist’s work. : Same goes into journalism. 2 different individual acts to make a point singled out to incorporate the inclusion of the whole. Thus justifying extreme prejudice delivered by the writers opinions. Not facts, just opinion.

Glad you’ve identified yourself as a source of disinformation.
Enjoy your armchair criticism from the comfort of wherever the heck you are.

The truth is, this has been coming, everyone knew it, very few would make mention of it. It doesn’t matter what the actual reasons for this revolt are. Unrest has been building quietly. Stop acting suprised now that its here. You make it quite apparent that you believe nothing should change. Or that there’s some democratic way to resolve all the issues.. good luck with that.

  5. A friend was in the Middle East hitch hiking in the sixties. In the dessert they were being robbed but the robbers found they had less so they gave my friends & let them go. Its called baqshish (share the wealth) are we hearing the same from The White House?

  6. Cute how you used a photo from 4 years ago. This kind of smoke and mirrors is exactly what people are tired of when it comes to mainstream media, our government, and its political parties.

Congrats on being misleading and quit listening to the non-sense. Not everyone protesting is a hippy. I see a lot of ignorance surrounding this on both side. The protest isn’t to legalize weed or get 20 per hour on minimum wage. That is just the rantings of the uninformed. Kind of like nearly every comment here, so you shouldn’t be all that surprised.

    • Joy, as the photo is CLEARLY labeled I fail to see how it is in any way misleading but far be it for TNP to stand in your way of expressing your well thought out response.

  7. The entitlement mentality of this country’s liberal elite is truly stomach churning. Put down your stupid signs, get your disgusting selves back home and get back to work. If you have no job, then you SHOULD be putting all your EFFORTS into looking for one and not blaming others for not having one.
President Obama is just as much to blame for allowing this mess to go on. He should have come out and spoke against this, especially because HE IS THE REASON THEY DON”T HAVE JOBS IN THE 1ST PLACE! Obama has sold out our younger generation, and is marching us all towards a nanny state. The worst president we have ever had, BAR NONE!

  8. SORRY FOLKS….but this is the biggest BOWEL MOVEMENT since the Buffalo went scarce way back when. This smells of Socialist Cowpies everywhere. It is funded by the standard bunch: George Soros and the rest of them on Discover the Networks. This is a ploy to reek havoc in all 50 states so our country comes to a screeching halt and Obama and his pals can continue his “Fundamental Transformation.”
Do me a favor though folks, before you open your mouths, read up so you at least sound intelligent.

    LONG MAY SHE WAVE /#

  9. The Occupy Wall Street protesters simply do not understand how the economy works…or maybe they do, and they are trying to mooch from it. One common thread seems to be that no one has the right to have a lot of money. And what should “the rich” do with their excess money? Give it to charity? No, it must be “shared fairly” with those who are unsuccessful. They have demands such as a $20/hr minimum “living wage” even for people who don’t work at all. Then they crap on our burning flag? I say send them to Greece where they can use their entitlement talents to the fullest. Hope that works out for you.

  10. The fact that the democrats are supporting this fools, has tell us that they are the one’s that also endorse, and sure provably created in the first place. This remind me the same thing has happen few months go in the Northern Countries of Africa, with the intent to bring the muslim brotherhood in power, the problem for this administration ( I don’t doubt a bit, that they are involve with those events ) is that they forgot that we’re not Africans, but AMERICANS, and many of us think and those that don’t paid attention on details, are expose so allow them to understand what is going on.
They thought that by using the media the majority of the country will follow up, because the anger is general, but they underestimate, the value of the American thinker. The propaganda as patriots of this loons, can only tell us where their really loyalty lay, what I don’t understand is why the conservative movement still patronizing the Media, that is going against them.
I have live dictatorship, and I have see this things, I don’t take events as a separate thing because all is connected, most especially now through the internet, everyone communicate all over the world.
We understand that the intent is to bring this Nation to a marxist stage, the wall street movement, is following the communist manifesto, with the hopes that riots, mobs and unrest coming from this event, to create martial law and remove the guns of the citizens, they hope to stop the election process, this is nothing but a scary move, by very worry left site that will do anything to keep themselves in power, it’s out to us, no doubt about it, to derail and stopped.
Oxymoron is for this brats, to use ipod phones, cell phones, cameras, branch clothes and other things make by corporations and complain about them… my suggestion is for the police to go there and since they don’t like corporations and their products, confiscate everything don’t belong to them, from their own ideas… provably them they will learn to protest for something with some common sense, and protest in the right place, the WHITE HOUSE, where this traitor fraud has create all this problems in this country.
After all this occupy movement, is created for fools, and so fools are presented in a bunch them… they have been the laughing matter of many.
Sure the Republican need to paid attention, and they need to grab some COJONES to avoid more issues in the future, and start making investigations for real, prosecuting the fraud we have running this Nation to the toilet, worry about black’s to raise…they should be worry about patriots anger more, witch include blacks.
    God bless.

  11. Normal people do not use the bathroom on police cars, or any car for that matter. Legit protestors do not have to be paid to protest. All this seems to be is a drug fest, involving people who do not want to be productive, they would love for productive people to give them their money however. I sincerely hope and pray that this all back fires on Obama and his comrads.

  12. I do think that power should be back in the hands of the people but not THESE people. The banks and some corporations (GE the darling corp of the Obama admin PAID NO TAXES from what I’ve read!) are raping us, no doubt, and the founding fathers warned about this situation, but if the protestors think that they are going to be taken seriously with this kind of disgusting display, they are sadly mistaken. Remember Pelosi TEARING UP over the fear of the Tea Party protestors and how she saw it as a “danger”???!!! PUHLEASE!!!!! I don’t remember any vandalism and public defication from those Tea Party people. This is turning into a display of what is WRONG with society and the left rather than “regular” people just trying to be heard. It’s costing cities money to put up with this movement and the cleanup will put a few to work for a few days, but I think they are wasting time, energy and the patience of the people who are trying to get to work and live in these places where the protest is interfering with everyday life. These people are useful idiots and, unfortunately, are completely ignorant of this fact!

  13. i would say pelosi is right…. those 2 guys in the picture are spontaneous & very much focused on what they are doing… i’m surprised the cops allowed it, but then unless they catch them in the act…

what is really disgusting is that this is what our public education system has produced… (course, there’s no way to know how many of them are actually american citizens) regardless, these kids/adults have ZERO respect for anything… and, the progressives have been fueling this for years… couple that w/ habitual use of drugs and whaddaya got??? wall street protestors/occupiers (oh yeah, and congressmen & senators)

  14. you want to punish people for succeeding in business and creating jobs in a free society…The problem is, these people have been sold a bill of goods by a socialist agenda…they don’t realize that if this doesn’t stop and the socialist are not stopped.. The next time they really have a reason to protest, they will be shot in the streets, buy the socialist communist party..Where have all the brain cells gone..protest GE, they are the real sell outs

  15. CATCHING PIGS

There was a chemistry professor in a large college that had some exchange students in the class. One day while the class was in the lab, the Prof noticed one young man, an exchange student, who kept rubbing his back and stretching as if his back hurt.

The professor asked the young man what was the matter. The student told him he had a bullet lodged in his back. He had been shot while fighting communists in his native country who were trying to overthrow his country’s government and install a new communist regime.

In the midst of his story, he looked at the professor and asked a strange question He asked, “Do you know how to catch wild pigs?”

The professor thought it was a joke and asked for the punch line. The young man said that it was no joke.

“You catch wild pigs by finding a suitable place in the woods and putting corn on the ground. The pigs find it and begin to come everyday to eat the free corn. When they are used to coming every day, you put a fence down one side of the place where they are used to coming.

When they get used to the fence, they begin to eat the corn again and you put up another side of the fence. They get used to that and start to eat again. You continue until you have all four sides of the fence up with a gate in the last side. The pigs, which are used to the free corn, start to come through the gate to eat that free corn again.

You then slam the gate on them and catch the whole herd. Suddenly the wild pigs have lost their freedom. They run around and around inside the fence, but they are caught. Soon they go back to eating the free corn . They are so used to it that they have forgotten how to forage in the woods for themselves, so they accept their captivity.”

The young man then told the professor that is exactly what he sees happening in America .. The government keeps pushing us toward Communism/Socialism and keeps spreading the free corn out in the form of programs such as supplemental income, tax credit for unearned income, , tax exemptions, tobacco subsidies, dairy subsidies, payments not to plant crops (CRP), welfare, medicine, drugs, etc. while we continually lose our freedoms, just a little at a time.

One should always remember two truths:

    1. There is no such thing as a free lunch, someone is paying for it,

    2. And when you begin to think that having your government provide for you and make your decisions is OK, realize that you’ve also given up the freedom that goes with making your own choices.

If you see that all of this wonderful government ‘help’ is a problem confronting the future of democracy in America , you might want to share this with your friends.

If you think the “free ride” is essential to your way of life, then you will probably delete this message and forget all about it.

But God help you when the gate slams shut!

  16. Just can’t fix STUPID is all that needs to be said! Except for the fact that we’ll make some huge progress toward doing just that come November, 2012!
